It is important to note that in order to access the P.R.O. Vida Fit application, users must possess a P.R.O. Vida Fit account.

• Tracking of daily fitness activities
• Monitoring of weight and other body metrics
• A library of over 2000 exercises and activities
• Clear 3D demonstrations for each exercise
• Preset workouts, along with the flexibility to create custom routines

The option to select workouts online and synchronize them with the app allows users to exercise either at home or in the gym while maintaining oversight of their progress. Whether focusing on strength training or weight lifting, this app functions as a personal trainer, providing guidance and motivation.

Additionally, the application can be synced with the Apple Health App. When this connection is enabled, any workout recorded in the Health app will automatically populate the Activity Calendar within P.R.O. Vida Fit.
